	Rates
		Our extremely competitive rates make The Oak Grove one of the most attractive venues for your event in the Willamette Valley.
	Weekend Days - Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
		9:00 AM to midnight: $2000.00 per day
	Weekdays - Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (Thursdays are for rehearsals)
		9:00 AM to midnight: $1600.00 per day
	Cleaning /Damage deposit
		We require a cleaning/damage deposit of $250.00 that is refundable after your event as long as the facilities are left in appropriate condition.
	Payment schedule
		A deposit of $500.00 reserves your event date. One half of that ($250.00) serves as a refundable cleaning deposit as noted above. The rest is a non-refundable deposit on the site. The remaining amount ($1750.00 for weekends, $1350.00 for weekdays) can be paid at any time within the following parameters. At least half ($875.00 weekends, $675.00 weekdays) is due three months prior to the event. The balance is due one month before the event.
